A flour tortilla stuffed with a blend of black beans, corn, green chiles, onion, jalapenos, spices, & shredded cheddar cheese, scrambled in fluffy eggs. Served with sour cream, avocado spread & salsa verde.

Huevos Rancheros - $11

Two cornmeal crusted black bean cakes fried then topped with salsa verde, cheddar cheese, two eggs, sour cream, lime Sriracha & fresh cilantro.*

Biscuits & Gravy - $8

Two fresh handmade biscuits topped with our own bacon sausage gravy & finished with fresh parsley.

Ham Steak & Eggs - $10

Hand cut pit ham steak served with red potatoes & two eggs.*

Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs - $12

A regional specialty from Pennsylvania. Pork & bacon combined with a porridge of corn meal & flour. Two slices fried & served with two eggs, red potatoes, & maple beer mustard.*

Corned Beef Hash - $10

BuffaloTrout beer braised corn beef, red potatoes, carrots, celery, & onions pan fried with two eggs.*

Mediterranean Frittata - $10

Artichokes, roasted red peppers, red onion, sun dried tomato, & baby kale. Cooked with fresh eggs, topped with feta cheese & side of red potatoes.
