Brewing at last, brewing at last!

We have 3 beer going in our 15-barrel barrels right now. They are happily bubbling away as the yeast convert sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide. It is quite amazing to be finally brewing as we worked on the construction all winter. This morning the light is amazing, and the beers needed some spring sun. So, samples were poured into our glassware.
