Paul has been working hard to complete the cold room. The draft, gas, and glycol lines are in place, and soon the cold room will be…well, cold.
We have started to construct the front trusses of the Lolo Peak Brewing Company, and as you see it is giving the building a profoundly impressive visual appeal.
Arriving from Marks, our brewhouse took an entire day to move inside the newly “kinda finished” brewery. The fermentors and brites are gleaming stainless steel behemoths. Soon, they will be producing Lolo Peak beer!
