The Candied Lime Alpenglow Wheat Ale that is so simple to create, and yet so utterly crisp and delicious.
- 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pint of Alpenglow Wheat Ale
- Carefully removed the peel with minimum pith from the lime using a sharp knife or channel knife
- Cover the peel pieces with sugar and a squeeze of lime juice
- Let sit for at least 2 hours
- Pour your Alpenglow Wheat Ale and placed 2-3 candied limes into the beer
